Durable and sturdy, this journal lays flat for easy writing access.
Table of Contents pages at the beginning of the journal makes it easier to find and review significant insights and experiences of grace.
We can all use a good reminder now and then. Brief highlights of Ignatian prayer forms, the Review of Prayer, and the General and Particular Examens are provided.
Each prayer time has four devoted pages where you can note the particulars of your prayer experience. On the first of the four pages, you can record how long you spent in prayer, the grace you asked for, what your preparatory prayer consisted of, and what you noticed in your prayer time. Another full blank page is provided to continue your ponderings. Total of 256 journaling pages.
A page is dedicated to the experiences of grace you had during the day. This can prepare you for your daily Examen and/or your formal prayer time. There is also space to note what you might want to bring into your next prayer period.
The daily Examen is an important part of Ignatian prayer. The journal includes a full page just for your reflections from your Examen, either the General Examen or the Particular Examen.
Please note that all the pages are lightly lined on archival white paper.
