Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our product(s) at Suscipe Press.

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read our Return and Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a refund, must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, not written in, and undamaged in any way. If the product is damaged in any way not as a result of shipping, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Products shipped to you by Vervante in partnership with Suscipe Press.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please contact Vervante at [email protected] for a replacement of the

damaged item. All other products that arrive to you damaged, please contact Suscipe Press at [email protected].

Returns

If you would like to return the product, please make a copy of the packing slip that accompanies your shipment and return that copy with the product to: Suscipe Press Returns, 29000 S. Western Avenue, Suite 203, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. When we receive your

return we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
